Privacy policy

This policy explains what Your Company, Inc. (“we”) collects when you use SaaS Stack, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Your account: your name, email address, and your password in a form we cannot read. If you sign in with Google or GitHub, we receive your name and email address from them.
• What you put in the service: the content you and your team create.
• Billing: your plan and billing history. Card details go straight to our payment provider, and we never see them.
• Technical data: the address and browser of each request, kept in our logs to keep the service secure and working.

Why we use it

To run the service for you, to bill you, to send you the emails the service needs (such as sign-in links and receipts), to keep the service secure, and to answer you when you write to us. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the companies that help us run the service, and only what each needs:

• our hosting provider, which stores the data;
• our email provider, which delivers the emails;
• our payment provider, which handles payments;
• our AI provider, for the questions you ask the assistant, if you use it.

We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

As long as your account is open. When you close it, we delete your data, except what the law requires us to keep, such as billing records.

Your rights

You can see and change your account details in your settings, and delete your account there at any time. To ask for a copy of your data, or anything else about it, write to us.

Cookies

We use one cookie, to keep you signed in. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you before it applies.
