Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Your Company, Inc. (“we”) about your use of SaaS Stack (the “service”). By creating an account you accept them.

Your account

You must give us accurate information and keep your password and sign-in links private. You are responsible for what happens in your account. If you create an account for a company, you confirm that you may bind it to these terms.

Your content

What you put into the service stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. You are responsible for having the right to use what you upload.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to harm others, to send spam, or to try to reach data that is not yours. Do not attempt to disrupt the service or get around its limits. We may suspend accounts that do.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment provider. They renew until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Unless the law requires otherwise, payments are not refunded. We will tell you before we change a price, and the new price applies from your next renewal.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running and your data safe, but we provide it “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We may change or stop parts of it. We will tell you in advance about changes that affect you significantly.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending

You can close your account at any time from your settings. We may end these terms if you break them. When your account is closed we delete your data, except what the law requires us to keep.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you before it applies. Using the service after that means you accept the new terms.
